Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Basementeer account or use our online guest portal to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit any of our physical store locations for an immediate exchange.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
